Our system is setup to send you daily emails of new real estate listings matching the criteria you select.   Once your subscribed to the Daily Listings, you will receive an email that will give you a itemized list of all properties matching your criteria with photos.  You then have ability to click on those listings to view more information.   Once your subscribed, you will have access to your property organizer that will allow you to modify your criteria anytime, to help narrow down your search.   Your property organizer will also include some helpful information on financing options and other real estate resources

There are four things needed to get started;

Your Name - This is the name which the daily listings will be sent to.  Your full name is not necessary, you may chose to use a nick name or first name only.
A Valid Email Address -  This will be the email address that daily listings will be sent to and will be used as your log-in to the organizer if you need to make any changes.  We will not sell, trade, or give away any email, ever!.  All email addresses are used exclusively for your search of real estate listings.
A Phone Number -  This number will be used to contact you if you inquire about a property, request a showing, or if you have any questions.  If you do not want to provide your phone number, just enter all zeros.  That will tell us that you do not want to me contacted by telephone.
A Search Criteria - Here you will enter detailed information on the property you want to find.  You can include property type, zip codes, city, values, bedrooms, square footage, and much more.  You may also select which days you want to receive you update.
